Trainee Trip 2021
Since our last trainee excursion had to be canceled in 2020 due to Corona, we were all the more looking forward to the trainee excursion on September 6, 2021. An escape tour in Tübingen was planned for this. The day started comfortably at 7:00 a.m. with a joint breakfast in our canteen. At dinner, Ms. Braun from the HR department told us about the planned daily routine. Well fed and full of energy, we made our way to Tübingen. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the game masters. Then we were divided into two groups. The task for both groups was to find an antidote for a poison-infected population within three hours. Tablets were made available to us to solve the puzzles. The scavenger hunt finally showed us the most diverse places in Tübingen in about 2.5 hours. Right at the beginning we were able to admire the view from Hohentübingen Castle. Then we were guided through the beautiful old town. From a variety of thought combinations to tricky arithmetic tasks, everything was there. In the end, both groups managed, with a lot of teamwork, to find the antidote and save the population from the poison. Then, with hungry stomachs, we made our way to the Neckarmüller brewery. With the delicious food and nice weather, we let the day end. At this point we would like to thank the Eisele company, which made this exciting day possible for us. We all enjoyed the day very much. This opportunity allowed us to grow together as a team and get to know each other even better. |
